Parkstone is currently developing an additional 800 sqm (approx.) of tenancy space to establish a dedicated health and medical precinct. This expansion will provide services that can operate beyond standard retail trading hours while also creating opportunities for further national brands to enter the centre and backfill existing internal space. Construction is expected to be completed prior to Christmas 2026, with tenants anticipated to commence trading in early 2027.
