With a focus on investment management, taxation advice and retail asset management, and a proven track record of maximising value.
To date we have acquired and managed over $224m in retail property investments across the East Coast of Australia, delivering stable returns to our investors.
We are growing steadily whilst maintaining our personal touch. We care for our investors and partners, and the communities where our assets are located.
We focus on higher-yielding passive income retail assets, with a preference for neighbourhood and subregional dominant retail centres.
Specialising in anchored supermarkets and neighbourhood shopping centres, with potential to unlock value.
